Daniel A. Schwarz is a partner in the law firm of Schwarz and Schwarz, P.C. and was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Schwarz graduated from Tulane University Law School in 1990. After completion of law school, Mr. Schwarz attended and was awarded an MBA Degree in finance and international business from George Washington University in 1991.
Mr. Schwarz has represented numerous individual and workers and has obtained substantial awards, settlements and verdicts on their behalf. Mr. Schwarz has concentrated his practice in the field of civil litigation and personal injury. Many of the cases successfully handled by Mr. Schwarz were previously rejected by other attorneys as either being too complicated or unwinnable. Mr. Schwarz presently represents numerous individuals who have sustained severe and serious injuries resulting from airline, construction and workplace accidents, medical and pharmaceutical negligence, reckless motor vehicle and trucking operators as well as negligent product manufacturer and distributors whose dangerous and defectively designed products cause serious personal injuries.
Mr. Schwarz is also the architect of the Injury Reporting and Safety System which protects the legal rights and safety of thousands of union workers in our region. He is presently a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. In 2000, Mr. Schwarz was awarded the nationally acclaimed Masters Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Law School.
